M & M of WV Electric works with retail property owners both big and small with electrical troubleshooting or tenant build outs. We also work with retail space lease holders on lighting or fixture upgrades; we understand that the retailer has one overall goal: to sell merchandise. Having the appropriate lighting and making sure that the retailers wiring and outlets are done correctly helps minimize down time. Retail space comes in a variety of shapes and sizes and may be located in free-standing buildings, enclosed malls, strip shopping centers, downtown shopping districts, or mixed-use facilities. You will also find retail space in airports and other transportation facilities, hotel lobbies, sports stadiums, and temporary or special-event venues.

M & M of WV Electric works with all building structures used primarily for the conduct of business, such as administration, clerical services, and consultation with clients and associates. As electrical contractors, work with all such buildings both large and small. M & M of WV Electric works with office building managers for build out or with individual businesses that need cat 5 cabling or dedicated circuits. Warehouse Complexes

M & M of WV Electric has built warehouse complexes from the ground up which gives a unique understanding of warehouse electrical needs. We understand that while many warehouses are used to store merchandise, many also have special electrical needs for large equipment and lighting. Churches

M & M of WV Electric understands that to serve churches we need to be available on Saturday in order to make sure all electrical problems are taken care of before Saturday or Sunday service. A church building is a building or structure whose primary purpose is to facilitate the meeting of a church. The entire building is set aside for the explicit purpose of worship or community activities.

Restaurants

As electricians we understand that restaurants can’t have their equipment down during business hours. We are available 24 hours a day to make sure that any electrical problems are fixed immediately. We have built out fast food and full service restaurants from the ground up which makes us extremely qualified to help you solve any of your electrical emergencies.
